This morning (Monday 16th October,2017) North Wales woke up to an unusual red coloured sky and sun.
BBC Weather presenter Simon King explains that is due to the remnant of Hurriane Ophelia dragging in dust and tropical air from the Sahara desert. He also added that debris from fires in Portugal and Spain could also have played a part.
