Fast food giant, McDonalds has been given the go ahead to relocate its restaurant in Llandudno and demolish it’s current premises.
The chain will be relocating next to the Iceland store on the same retail park.
The move, which has had the green light to go ahead on the 14th Feb, will see Mcdonalds create around 40 new jobs in the area.
Mcdonalds currently has 1,200 restaurants in the UK and employs around 97,000 people.
Included in the Planning Report, it said:
“The improvement of the complimentary A3 facilities will assist in sustaining the economic and employment functions of the designated retail park.
The proposal will generate estimated 38 full time employment opportunities.”
The current site which is due to be demolished will soon after be taken by another food outlet.
